Silacabra

Pokedex Entry: It lurks in the shadows, striking with ferocious speed and power. It drains the blood from its prey, but then tears the body up so badly that it is often difficult to identify it.

Evolves from Elmendorf at level 28.

Creator Note: Here is the original form of the chupacabra. Apparently some cryptozoologist did some digging and discovered that the first person to report seeing the chupacabra had been strongly influenced by a movie they had seen about an alien invasion. The alien in the movie was called a "Sil", which is part of where I got the name for this species.
