Description
Pokedex Entry: The newest Vulcan model is specially designed to act as a tank. It has two spikes connected to the body with steel wires that can be fired off at high speeds to act as anchors. Its legs can also dig in deep to allow it to remain fixed in a single position.
Steel/Ghost Type
Creator Note: So here is the defensive model of the Vulcan program. You'll find out by talking to scientists in Celadon City that they were able to program the Porygon inside the Vulcan-D to be a Ghost type, rather than Electric. They also made sure that its Ability would be Flashfire, making it immune to Fire-type attacks.
